Shabuzen Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yusuke Kanno; hereinafter "the Company") will hold its annual "Shabuzen Festival" for three days from Monday, July 13 to Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at seven locations including the Roppongi store of its shabu-shabu and sukiyaki specialty restaurant, "Shabuzen." During the festival, the "Domestic Three-Meat All-You-Can-Eat" course—featuring wagyu beef sirloin, premium Japanese marbled beef, and domestic pork shabu-shabu—will be offered at a special festival price of 4,500 JPY (excluding tax), half the regular price of 9,000 JPY (excluding tax and service charge). The "Shabuzen Festival" has been well received every year and continues to enjoy strong customer support.
Back Again This Year: A Special Thank-You Event Price for Our Loyal Customers
The Company holds the "Shabuzen Festival" each summer as a token of appreciation for its loyal customers, offering carefully selected premium meats at exceptional prices. Due to consistently positive feedback, the event will be held again this year.
This year, the "Domestic Three-Meat All-You-Can-Eat (shabu-shabu)" course, normally priced at 9,000 JPY (excluding tax and service charge), will be offered at the special half-price rate of 4,500 JPY (4,950 JPY including tax and service charge). The promotion is available at seven locations only: Roppongi, Shibuya, Ginza Creston Hotel, Yotsuya, Kagurazaka, Kawasaki, and Umeda.
Despite rising ingredient costs across the board, the Company has made extensive procurement efforts to maintain the same affordable pricing as last year, allowing more customers to enjoy the "Shabuzen Festival."
The "Domestic Three-Meat All-You-Can-Eat" course includes Japanese black wagyu sirloin, premium Japanese marbled rib roast, domestic pork, a seasonal domestic vegetable platter, kishimen noodles, and mochi rice cakes.
The Japanese black wagyu sirloin is lean and highlights the pure, rich flavor of beef. The Japanese rib roast features a perfect balance of lean meat and marbling, with fine texture and a refined sweetness that pairs exceptionally well with shabu-shabu. For the festival, we specially select the most tender and flavorful marbled portions. Our carefully sourced domestic pork offers a clean, mild taste. Guests can enjoy comparing the distinct flavors and textures of these three premium meats. The domestic vegetables are delivered daily from partner farms across Japan, ensuring peak freshness. We highly recommend enjoying them with "Shabuzen"'s secret, additive-free, raw sauces—our daily house-made sesame sauce, ponzu, and Japanese-style broth dip.

About "Shabuzen"
Founded in 1983 by an entrepreneur with experience operating restaurants, bars, and discos such as "Maharaja," Shabuzen began as a shabu-shabu and sukiyaki specialty restaurant in Roppongi. At the time, all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu was not yet mainstream, but the concept quickly gained popularity for allowing guests to enjoy premium, carefully selected beef to their heart's content. Today, the Company operates 11 locations across the Tokyo metropolitan area, Kansai, and Kyushu (including直营 and franchise stores), attracting many international visitors.
Celebrating 42 years since its founding, the Company has consistently earned customer loyalty from those who value high-quality ingredients, craftsmanship, and authentic taste. Moving forward, we remain committed to sharing Japanese culinary culture and traditional flavors with customers at home and abroad, delivering not only safe, delicious meals but also the highest level of hospitality.
The Tradition of "Shabuzen" Shabu-Shabu
At "Shabuzen," we have remained dedicated to the all-you-can-eat concept since our founding, ensuring guests can fully enjoy premium, carefully selected beef. We offer seasonal course menus ideal for shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, as well as individual portion courses and a wide selection of a la carte dishes. With the expertise of a specialty restaurant and heartfelt hospitality, we welcome guests for all occasions.
Our Signature "Raw Sauces"
"Shabuzen"'s secret "sesame sauce" and "ponzu" are unheated, additive-free, and contain no chemical seasonings. Made daily in each store using a proprietary method with over a dozen carefully selected ingredients, these "raw sauces" preserve maximum freshness. The rich, aromatic sesame sauce and the refreshing ponzu—crafted by blending citrus zest with kombu and katsuobushi dashi—along with our "special broth dip," enhance the natural flavors of meat and vegetables, making every bite of shabu-shabu even more delicious.
