Naradewa Inc. Announces 'AI Chart' Feature for Salon App 'BEFORE AFTER®' to Boost Customer Repeat Rates

Naradewa Inc. has announced a new 'AI Chart' feature for its salon customer management app 'BEFORE AFTER®', which is currently used by over 35,000 stores. This feature automatically generates a customer service record based on conversations during treatments. The AI organizes the customer's concerns, treatment details, lifestyle habits, and suggestions into nine standardized items. This not only reduces the documentation burden on staff but also helps salons provide personalized experiences that improve customer satisfaction and repeat rates. A beta version is scheduled for release in May 2026 and will be showcased at Beautyworld Japan Tokyo 2026.
