Asahi Alex Group Registered as 'GX Construction Business' by MLIT; Announces GX Declaration After Achieving GX-Oriented Housing Standards for All Homes in FY2025

Asahi Alex Group, centered on Asahi Alex Holdings Co., Ltd. (Niigata City, Niigata; CEO: Shigeo Ishikura), completed its declaration of cooperation for GX under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's 'Child-rearing Green Housing Support Project' in April 2025, and was registered as a 'GX Construction Business.' Following the achievement of the GX-oriented housing standard (insulation performance grade 6 or higher, primary energy consumption reduction of 35% or more) as a standard specification for all homes in FY2025, the group officially announced its GX Declaration. The government formulated the 'GX 2040 Vision' in February 2025, gradually raising performance standards in the housing sector. Asahi Alex Group has responded in advance of these mandates, demonstrating its commitment to contributing to social transformation toward 2050 carbon neutrality through this declaration.
