ASK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, Representative Director: Satoshi Takahashi, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has launched an exhibition and sale of artworks by creators belonging to "Suu to." (a business operated by note Co., Ltd., Headquarters: Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture, Representative: Shun Sato) at two of its Komeda Coffee shops, Komeda Coffee Nagano Station East Exit Park Store and Komeda Coffee Nagano Higashi-Wada Store. The exhibited works will be rotated approximately every two months, with the exhibition period scheduled for about six months.

Background of the Initiative

The charm of Komeda Coffee lies in its "unchanging nature."

We have aimed to be a shop that quietly takes root in the daily lives of the people of Nagano, where they sit at the same window seat at the same time every morning and order their usual Shiro Noir.

However, "unchanging" is not the same as "nothing changes." This time, we have decided to intentionally introduce a small change to the space. The encounter with Suu to.'s artworks was the catalyst.

The creators at Suu to. possess sincere and diverse sensibilities, but their opportunities to fully demonstrate their abilities have been limited due to environmental, systemic, and communication barriers.

The works, created with great care and time alongside support staff, possess a "purity" that transcends conventional notions of skill or correctness. Even without knowing the welfare context, one might find themselves stopping in front of a painting. It was this energy, rather than the word "welfare," that simply drew us in, making us think, "This is good."

Therefore, in this initiative, we have intentionally not emphasized the context of "support." While enjoying coffee, one might glance up and see a painting, finding solace in the creator's sensibility. The reason for changing the artworks every two months is also to repeatedly deliver a small surprise of "something a little different today" to our regular customers.

And one more thing. We at ASK HOLDINGS, who have sought to enrich the community through our stores, and Suu to., with its philosophy of "shining a light on talent," have common ground. Taking the Nagano Station East Exit Park Store and Nagano Higashi-Wada Store as a stage for artistic expression is a step forward, and we will continue to work towards a society where everyone can be themselves.

Exhibition Period: July 4, 2026 (Sat) - End of December 2026 (approx.)

Artwork Rotation: Exhibited works will be rotated approximately every two months.
