Pentel, BnA, and TokyoDex Begin Recruiting for the 3rd Mural Artist Training Program 'Pentel x Mural Rookies Project 2026'

Astrum Corporation (formerly Pentel), along with BnA and TokyoDex, has announced the launch of the 3rd 'Pentel x Mural Rookies Project 2026.' Starting May 13, 2026, the project is recruiting young, emerging artists to create mural art in Nihonbashi, the birthplace of the Pentel brand. Four selected groups of artists will receive professional mentorship from artist Tadaomi Shibuya and use Pentel art supplies to create murals at three locations. Participants will also engage in a two-day workshop to deepen their understanding of the city. Selected artists receive up to 200,000 yen in art supplies for a year.
