Alyrge Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masayuki Morishita) and Ryuyaku Co., Ltd. (Urasoe, Okinawa; President: Katsuya Higa), a subsidiary of Alfresa Holdings, signed a business alliance on marketing Alyrge's healthcare services. Under the revised Labor Policy Comprehensive Promotion Act, supporting treatment-work balance becomes an employer duty starting April 1, 2026. This legal shift stems from high turnover among sick employees due to insufficient workplace support and an aging workforce. Alyrge offers 'Alyrge LEARNING', an education portal, and 'Alyrge SUPPORT', a cloud service connecting patients, companies, and medical institutions. Through this partnership, Ryuyaku will distribute these services to Okinawan firms and bridge ties with healthcare facilities, establishing a regional ecosystem. This initiative aims to maintain local labor supply and boost Okinawa's sustainable economy. Morishita (Alyrge) highlighted partnering with Ryuyaku, a long-term partner of parent company Taiho Pharmaceutical, while Higa (Ryuyaku) stressed the alignment with their corporate mission. Alyrge is a zebra company in the Taiho Pharmaceutical Group providing healthcare solutions.
