(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Kazuyuki Kawabata; hereinafter "AlphaNote"), which operates a credit card payment agency business, has begun accepting applications for "Urgent Support for Payment Continuity," a service to urgently arrange payment terminals for stores and businesses whose payment services became unusable due to the bankruptcy of Zento-shin Co., Ltd., starting July 9, 2026.

On July 6, 2026, Zento-shin Co., Ltd. (Osaka City), which provided credit card payment agency services, filed for bankruptcy with the Osaka District Court and received a decision to commence bankruptcy proceedings on the same date. Consequently, the company's payment services have been suspended, leaving stores using the company's payment terminals unable to process credit card payments.
