Ibiken Co., Ltd., Building Materials Business Division (Headquarters: Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture) has launched new patterns for "IbiboardH," its premium line of melamine decorative boards.

▼What is IbiboardH (Ash)?

IbiboardH (Ash) is a high-design brand of "Ibiboard," an interior material that continues to be chosen for applications requiring durability, such as fixtures, partitions, and tabletops. It aims to provide an experience that surpasses the real thing and superior value without compromising on design. Furthermore, it delivers "uplifting spaces" through designs with a story.

New patterns will be announced consecutively in 2026.

This is the first installment.

"Texture that makes the real thing jealous." A concrete pattern that is thoroughly focused on texture.

Using a board of plastering material applied by artisans as a master sample, we pursued the texture of real plastering material and concrete paint. The trowel marks are reproduced with fine embossing having multiple gradations, expressing smooth areas and areas with rough pores. Furthermore, the pattern, as a concrete pattern with fine aggregate particles, reflects a rich texture that is also basic.
