Announcement Regarding Expansion of Shareholder Benefit Program

(Headquarters: Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kazutoshi Chino; listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market, Securities Code: 3772) announces the decision to expand its shareholder benefit program, effective from the record date of end of June 2026.

Our shareholder benefit program is provided as a token of appreciation to our shareholders for their continuous support, and to encourage them to feel closer to and actually utilize our group's businesses. We aim to make many people aware of our company's appeal and encourage shareholders to hold our shares for a long period.

This time, to make our shares more attractive to shareholders through the improvement of Total Shareholder Returns, we have decided to establish a new tier for 400 shares to under 600 shares, and to increase the amount of shareholder benefits for both the new tier and the existing tier of 600 shares to under 1,000 shares.
