Mercure Sapporo Launches '6-Color Rainbow Cake' at Lunch Buffet in Celebration of Pride Month

Mercure Sapporo, operated by French hotel chain Accor (South 4, West 2, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido / General Manager: Christopher Carcell), will feature a whole cake decorated in six rainbow colors during its June lunch buffet to celebrate Pride Month.

The six colors of the rainbow flag represent diversity, acceptance, and tolerance. Through this cake, Mercure Sapporo aims to provide an opportunity to consider a fair and equal society that respects diverse values and backgrounds.
