The bay-view hotel Mercure Yokosuka will host the "Summer Gourmet Fair 2026 ~Sunset in Hawaii~" at its 20th-floor special venue, the Sky Banquet, from Thursday, July 16, to Saturday, August 29, 2026.

This limited-time dinner event is part of the hotel's larger "ALOHA! Hawaii Fair 2026," which begins on July 1. In collaboration with the sweet roll brand KING'S HAWAIIAN, founded in Hilo, Hawaii in 1950, the event will offer the brand's officially recognized sliders and original Hawaiian sweet rolls in a buffet format.

This original recipe, created by the hotel's chef and officially recognized by the brand, features juicy BBQ-flavored char siu pork paired with grilled pineapple.
