Eureka Robotics, a developer of advanced AI robot vision systems, will exhibit at 'ROBOT TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2026 (RTJ2026),' an industrial robot and automation system exhibition held at Aichi Sky Expo from June 11 (Thu) to June 13 (Sat), 2026.

In this exhibition, the company will present four live demonstrations to solve challenges in picking processes that were previously difficult to automate. Two of these demos will be unveiled for the first time.

Additionally, on the final day, the company will hold an exhibitor workshop (seminar) titled 'Case Studies of AI Introduction in Picking - An Introduction to Image AI for Consideration of Adoption.'

Four Planned Live Demonstrations

1. Master-less Picking [Unveiled for the first time] Significantly reduces the man-hours for pre-registering workpieces. With a pre-trained AI model provided by Eureka, picking is possible without any labor for creating individual AI models.

2. Robot Trajectory Automated Generation [Unveiled for the first time] Eliminates complex settings previously done by hand, achieving optimal trajectory generation for 7-axis robots without teaching.

3. Bin Picking of Complex Shaped Parts Uses CAD data to simulate bin-picking environments, greatly reducing AI learning man-hours. It also supports workpieces with complex shapes that are difficult to recognize.

4. Bin Picking, Surface Determination, and Alignment of Metal Parts Achieves a seamless process from bin picking of shiny metal parts to surface determination and aligned placement using a simple system configuration.

Exhibitor Workshop (Seminar) The seminar will clearly explain the key points for considering the introduction of picking systems and basic concepts for using image recognition AI. Seminar Topic: Case Studies of AI Introduction in Picking - An Introduction to Image AI for Consideration of Adoption. Date: June 13, 2026 (Sat) 12:00–12:40 Venue: Exhibition Hall E, Seminar Venue Fee: Free
