Project Background In recent years, the business environment has changed significantly due to advancements in digital technology and shifting market conditions. Tokyo is required to implement initiatives for sustainable economic growth. For SMEs and startups leading new industries, securing and developing talent to drive business growth is an urgent issue. Conversely, large enterprises are seeing increased demand for 'experiential and cross-border learning' through secondments and side jobs, alongside traditional training, against the backdrop of DX promotion, new business creation, and the advancement of human capital management.

Given this situation, the project aims to build a growth model that simultaneously realizes high-level human resource development in large enterprises and growth promotion for SMEs and startups by supporting talent exchange between them.

Essence's Role in the Project Based on its knowledge in planning and operating external internships and cross-border training, Essence will support the design and improvement of talent exchange programs. Specifically, it will provide advice on improving the overall design quality of the programs and support participating companies in effectively introducing and utilizing talent exchanges.

By utilizing its practical knowledge of 'cross-border learning,' Essence will contribute from the perspective of implementation design to ensure that both the sending and receiving companies maximize results from talent exchanges.
