Why "SES That Doesn't Hide Information" Now?

The SES industry suffers from a chronic labor shortage. Meanwhile, engineers have long voiced similar concerns: "I don't know my unit price," "I can't choose my projects," "I have no one to consult with." These structural issues are currently accelerating the departure of talented individuals from the SES field.

Since our founding in 2022, our company has adopted a policy of "disclosing information to engineers" to address this problem. This includes disclosing project unit prices, designing compensation with high payout rates, and assigning projects that respect the engineer's intentions. While many companies may only talk about these things, we have a track record of operating these as established systems.

Now that our business foundation is solid, we are fully launching engineer recruitment to further strengthen our organization.

Oxford Partners' Recruitment Policy

【We disclose the project unit price to the engineer.】 Engineers belonging to our company can know the monthly unit price of the projects they are involved in. This is a system that allows them to receive "compensation with a basis" rather than "vague salary." We also clearly state the payout rate and provide specific figures from the initial interview stage before joining the company.

【Engineers choose their own projects.】 We do not unilaterally decide, "You will join this project." After understanding the engineer's technical aspirations and career direction through interviews, we present multiple candidate projects, leaving the final decision to the engineer.

【The interview manager provides continuous follow-up.】 Even after project participation, the interview manager (Executive Officer, Emily Teranishi) conducts monthly follow-ups. We have established a system where engineers can consult not only about on-site trouble response but also about mid-to-long-term career planning.

Target Domains

Our business focuses on projects in industries that support social infrastructure, such as finance, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Many of our projects involve upstream processes like requirements definition and basic design, and we primarily engage in long-term contracts. We do not assign engineers to projects where they frequently change sites in a short period, as this is against our policy.
