Chroma Japan to Exhibit at 'Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026'—Showcasing Next-Generation EV Testing and Evaluation Solutions

Chroma Japan Corp. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Huang Chin-Ming) will exhibit at the 'Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026', to be held at Pacifico Yokohama from May 27–29, 2026, and at Aichi Sky Expo from June 17–19, 2026.

Exhibition Highlights:

1. Integrated Testing Solutions to Accelerate EV Development Focusing on testing in environments close to real-world conditions, we will propose cross-domain solutions: - Battery (pack) testing - EV/EVSE simulation, grid simulation, and real-time simulation - Motor/Inverter/eAxle testing - Charging standards testing (CHAdeMO, CCS1/2, GB/T, NACS)

2. High-Efficiency Testing with Regenerative Bidirectional Power Supplies In the power and electronic load sector, we will demonstrate evaluation methods that balance energy efficiency and reproducibility, including EV/EVSE simulation, battery simulation, and grid interconnection/regenerative testing using regenerative bidirectional AC/DC power supplies.

3. Reliability Testing for Automotive Parts and Semiconductors For automotive electronic components and semiconductors, we will propose safety and reliability evaluations, such as passive component (winding component) evaluation, partial discharge testing/insulation reliability testing, and system verification using HILS.
