Regional Characteristics - **Shinshu Fujimi-cho (Suwa-gun, Nagano)**: Located at the foot of Mount Yatsugatake, it enjoys a cool climate. Significant temperature variations between day and night during the ripening period produce Koshu grapes with sharp acidity. - **Tsugaru Region (Aomori)**: Characterized by low rainfall during the growing season and a sudden cooling during the harvest period, combined with volcanic ash soil from Mount Iwaki, it produces grapes with rich aroma and acidity.
