Shure has launched the MXA925 ceiling array microphone, the new flagship of its Microflex® Advance™ (MXA) series, featuring an built-in IntelliMix® DSP with AI-powered acoustic features. The MXA925 utilizes AI echo cancellation (AEC), AI noise reduction, and AI dereverberation to solve common meeting room acoustic challenges such as glass wall reflections, background noise (typing, pen clicks), and speaker movement. Certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, it supports AI assistants like Copilot and Zoom AI Companion with high-precision voice capture. In addition, Shure released firmware v6.9 for the MXA901, adding Steerable Coverage™ mode, direct outputs for voice lift, optimized camera tracking, expanded speech gating thresholds, and adjustable single-zone coverage areas. These new products and updates will be showcased at InfoComm 2026 from June 17 to 19 at the Shure booth (C9018, Central Hall).
