Recruitment Begins for August Inspection Tour of 'YUZURU DRIVING SCHOOL' in Indonesia

Z-Plus Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Shigeru Kanesaka), a provider of driver license acquisition and foreign license conversion support services, is offering continuous opportunities for logistics companies considering foreign driver recruitment to visit driving education facilities in Indonesia and meet with candidates.

In this initiative, participants can directly verify the training equipment, Japanese learning environment, safety driving education content, and instruction system at 'YUZURU DRIVING SCHOOL,' a facility operated by PT DAISAN MINORI INDONESIA (DMI), a local subsidiary funded by Z-Plus. Through interactions and interviews with candidates currently in training, logistics companies can gain essential insights into driver aptitude, willingness to work in Japan, and Japanese language proficiency to make informed hiring decisions.

The site inspection tour scheduled for August 2026 will be co-hosted with the AZ-COM Network, a nationwide logistics operator association.

This tour is open primarily to AZ-COM Network members (approx. 2,800 companies) and other logistics operators. By facilitating the recruitment and utilization of foreign drivers, Z-Plus aims to contribute to the revitalization of the logistics industry.

Z-Plus and the AZ-COM Network entered into a business partnership in January 2026 to address the deepening driver shortage in the logistics sector. Currently, both organizations are working to support the recruitment of drivers trained at YUZURU DRIVING SCHOOL by member companies.
