Presia Resort Yoron Launches 'Daycare Study Abroad' Program on Yoron Island, Offering Partner Hotel Stay for Families to Live and Work Remotely

Presia Resort Yoron (located in Yoron Town, Oshima District, Kagoshima Prefecture, General Manager: Satoru Udagawa) is joining as a partner hotel for the regional stay program 'Daycare Study Abroad,' operated by Kicchihaike Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Atsuta Town, Hokkaido, CEO: Masaya Yamamoto), which is newly launching in Yoron Town, Kagoshima Prefecture.

Presia Resort Yoron will begin accepting reservations from May 21, 2026, for the 'Daycare Study Abroad' program in Yoron Town. The stay duration is either one week (6 nights, 7 days) or two weeks (13 nights, 14 days), allowing families to reside on Yoron Island while their children attend Hareruya Kindergarten. By providing a comfortable and secure accommodation environment, the resort supports families in experiencing island life firsthand.

This initiative is expected to offer not only a new experience for participating families but also an opportunity to foster new connections within the local community. As children spend time together at the local kindergarten and families engage with island life, relationships that are difficult to form during short-term visits can gradually develop. These meaningful encounters may lead to long-term relationships with Yoron Town, making this program uniquely valuable.
