Three Inc. (Bunkyo City, Tokyo; CEO Atsuko Horie) announces the launch of a new executive leadership structure effective July 15, 2026.
Advancing and Strengthening the Value of "Committing to Personal and Organizational Change Through the Power of Encounters and Experiences"
Since its founding, Three Inc. has aimed to create a society where the phrase "women's empowerment" is no longer needed. For the past 15 years, Three Inc. has focused its business on promoting women's advancement, supporting employees returning from parental leave, and providing life career education.
Through delivering training to over 20,000 individuals, we have repeatedly witnessed how people change through encounters with new values and lifestyles. We believe that the essential value lies not in systems or training programs themselves, but in the very moment when individuals and organizations transform.
Therefore, we have consistently upheld our commitment to driving change through the power of encounters and experiences.
Change is an inevitable part of life, regardless of gender or life stage. We envision a future where everyone can freely choose their own path in life, and where those individual choices naturally contribute to the growth of organizations and society. To realize this vision, Three Inc. is launching a new executive leadership structure aimed at business growth and organizational strengthening. This is a structural enhancement designed to further promote and strengthen the value we have long cherished: "committing to personal and organizational change through the power of encounters and experiences."

Statement upon Appointment:
People and organizations do not change simply by implementing systems. To realize the society we envision, we must first embody these values ourselves and become an organization that actively and vibrantly embraces challenges. That is why I aim to maximize the potential of every team member and position the corporate function as a growth engine that accelerates the company’s future. We will work from within to build a resilient and strong foundation—one that enables everyone to make choices without having to trade off their careers, even when facing diverse life events. We aim to become a model for "personal and organizational change."
Under the new structure, we will leverage each executive’s expertise to further strengthen collaboration with corporations, local governments, and educational institutions, advancing our mission of supporting personal and organizational transformation.
CEO Atsuko Horie’s Statement
At the time of our founding, our mission was to realize "work & life" for everyone. We began with the vision of creating a society where people can advance their careers while raising children. Behind this was our desire to reduce the number of people who give up on their authentic lives and careers due to life events such as marriage, partnership, parenting, and caregiving.
Fifteen years since our founding, individuals who once participated in our programs as students have become working professionals, then parents, and now they are passing on new encounters and experiences to the next generation. Through these stories, we realize that encounters and experiences are not fleeting—they influence life choices and connect people across generations.
In companies we have supported for over a decade, we have seen not only the introduction of systems and initiatives, but also gradual changes in employees’ mindsets and behaviors, managers’ engagement, and organizational culture itself.
After 15 years of working with numerous companies, local governments, and schools, we have identified a fundamental challenge common across all fields: people and organizations cannot change through logic or systems alone. Change is sparked by encounters with others, with new values, and through experiences of self-determination.
That is why we aspire not to be a company that merely provides systems and training, but one that is truly committed to transforming individuals and organizations.
Toward a society where the phrase "women's empowerment" is no longer needed, and where everyone can freely choose their own life path.
We will continue to support self-determination through the power of encounters and experiences, and through these accumulated efforts, drive change in individuals, organizations, and society.
