Celebrating their 10th anniversary milestone, After the Rain (Soraru x Mafumafu) has announced the release of their new album, "Shunkashuutou" (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter), on September 16, 2026. This will be their first new release in approximately three years since "I'm Your Hero" in 2023.

Their fourth full-length album, "Shunkashuutou," will be a masterpiece featuring over 10 newly written tracks specifically for this release.

Just as their recently released digital single "Gemini" is titled after the astrological sign of May, the album will feature songs themed around the calendar months from January to December. It promises an experience of the four seasons woven exclusively by After the Rain after a decade together.

The album jacket features newly drawn artwork by illustrator MACCO, depicting Soraru and Mafumafu walking through the changing seasons against a backdrop that evokes spring, summer, autumn, and winter within a single frame. It is a cover that suggests the duo's continued forward momentum after reaching their 10-year milestone.

Furthermore, the unit's second live video work, "After the Rain Live Best 2023-2025," will be released simultaneously with the album.

This live best-of compilation includes over 28 popular songs such as "Sekai Chic ni Shounen Shoujo," "Shikioriori ni Tayutaite," "1・2・3 -2023 ver.-", "Ouka ni Tsukiyo to Sode Shigure," and "I'm Your Hero."

It features carefully selected performance footage from three major shows: "After the Rain Tour 2023 - Haruoto -" which recorded their largest-ever attendance at Saitama Super Arena, the concept live "After the Rain Live 2024 ~ Soraru VS Mafumafu ~" held at LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY, and their first Halloween live "After the Rain Live 2025 ~After Halloween Night Party~" at Pia Arena MM.

In addition to the concert footage, making-of videos from the 2024 and 2025 shows are also scheduled to be included.

The live video jacket features exclusive illustrations by Chachagoma, showcasing an innocent scene of a young Soraru and Mafumafu drawing their "future dreams" in a sketchbook. The "doodles" surrounding them tell the story of After the Rain's 10-year journey, making it a highly emotional cover for listeners who have walked alongside them.

Notably, to deliver a "handmade album" to listeners, much like during their early indie days, these releases will bypass major distribution channels and will be sold exclusively at Animate, Animate Online, and Mafumart.

To commemorate the release of the album and live DVD/Blu-ray, "Soramafu Handshake Events" will be held at Animate locations in Tokyo and Osaka. A serial code for a lottery application will be distributed to those who place an "in-store reservation" or "online reservation" at Animate.
