The Passion Behind Reviving Chocomint

Since around 2010—well before chocomint became a popular trend—Tomoewa Dairy has been developing, manufacturing, and selling chocomint-flavored beverages. Despite challenges such as lower winter sales and polarizing consumer preferences, we have repeatedly launched limited-edition versions of this product.

Yet deep down, we've always held onto a dream: to make chocomint a year-round staple, not just a seasonal treat.

By reviving the chocomint drink on Makuake and sharing its appeal directly with chocomint fans, we believe we can establish a new brand identity—"Tomoewa Dairy, the home of chocomint"—and move closer to making it a permanent offering. This time, we're introducing a fresh take aimed specifically at chocomint enthusiasts: a chocomint drink that embodies the essence of a dairy producer, centered on the concept of "Rich Milk × Chocomint."

Refreshing Mint × Creamy Milk: A Double Lead Performance

To achieve a truly authentic dairy experience, we adopted a meticulous production method involving prolonged heat treatment at 85°C for 30 minutes, enhancing the rich, milky flavor. To ensure the mint sensation stands equally strong, we used natural peppermint flavoring, creating a genuinely refreshing and realistic mint experience. The lingering cool aftertaste delivers a sensation that even our in-house chocomint fans find deeply satisfying.

Production was supported by Seki Gyūnyū, a renowned dairy processor in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, famous for its pasteurized "Sekigyu" milk and "Sekikōhī" coffee.
