Tron Inc. Joins NVIDIA Cosmos Coalition

Tron Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Kai Wajima; hereinafter “Tron”) announces its participation in the expanding physical AI ecosystem in Japan, the NVIDIA Cosmos Coalition.

The Cosmos Coalition is an initiative that brings together world model builders, AI developers, and leading physical AI companies to advance open world models using the NVIDIA Cosmos platform. As one of the companies driving Japan’s physical AI ecosystem, Tron will join this Coalition and commit to cutting-edge physical AI development in manufacturing, including task-specific robot foundation models and world models, by generating multimodal worker data from manufacturing sites and digital twin data of factory spaces.

This announcement is related to NVIDIA’s July 16, 2026 press release titled “Japan’s Robotics and Manufacturing Leaders Pioneering the Frontlines of Physical AI on NVIDIA Cosmos.”

About the Cosmos Coalition

The Cosmos Coalition is an industry alliance promoted by NVIDIA to advance open world foundation models. Members consist of leading Japanese companies driving the development of physical AI. These members contribute to and build upon the NVIDIA Cosmos platform, which features open world foundation models, data curation libraries, datasets, and frameworks.

The world models developed here will enable pre-deployment verification and optimization of physical AI systems, shortening development cycles across factories, logistics networks, farms, construction sites, hospitals, roads, and homes.

Tron’s Initiatives

Tron is working to build systems that utilize multimodal data collected from workers in manufacturing environments for robot AI training and operation, as well as to digitize factory spaces in 3D as a foundation for industrial world models. Within the Coalition, Tron will participate in R&D for advanced physical AI in manufacturing, including task-specific robot foundation models and world models.

By connecting Japan’s high-quality on-site manufacturing data with NVIDIA’s physical AI stack (NVIDIA Cosmos, NVIDIA Isaac, NVIDIA Metropolis, NVIDIA Jetson), Tron will accelerate the real-world implementation of physical AI for manufacturing.
