Navi-P.com Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 4-3-6 Nihonbashi Honcho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, PMO Shin Nihonbashi 4F, President and CEO: Noboru Shinozaki, hereinafter referred to as Navi-P.com) has launched "Genba Anzen Mimamori Service IoTect (pronounced Eye-Oh-Tec-T)," a service that utilizes BLE devices and the cloud to support safety management for field workers.
This service is a field safety support service that aggregates field data acquired from multiple devices, such as beacon tags, wearable devices, and beacon temperature and humidity sensors, to the cloud via a mobile application. In addition to early detection of heatstroke risk, it also supports confirmation of worker location areas, assisting in safety management for sites requiring worker status monitoring, such as construction sites, factories, and warehouses.
Overview of Genba Anzen Mimamori Service IoTect
IoTect is a cloud service that aggregates data acquired from various sensors onto the cloud and displays it on screens with real-time alert notifications. Data transmitted from sensors is sent to the cloud via a mobile application and displayed in a list on a web screen.
Wearable devices acquire data such as skin temperature and heart rate, which are centrally managed as information to understand changes in the worker's physical condition. This makes it easier for managers to grasp changes in worker status through web screens and alert notifications.
Navi-P.com plans to sequentially expand the range of compatible models in the future to match the usage environments and needs of field sites.

Development Background
In recent years, with the continuing trend of high summer temperatures, responding to the heatstroke risk of workers has become a critical issue at construction sites, factories, warehouses, logistics facilities, and other locations. Particularly in sites spanning large areas or multiple floors, or those mixing indoor and outdoor environments, it has been difficult for managers to quickly grasp the status and location of workers, posing challenges for early detection of abnormalities and prompt response.
Furthermore, the revised Industrial Safety and Health Act, which strengthens heatstroke countermeasures in the workplace, came into effect on June 1, 2025. Businesses undertaking the targeted work are required to establish reporting systems to quickly identify workers at risk of heatstroke, create response procedures to prevent serious conditions, and disseminate this information to relevant workers.
Against this backdrop, Navi-P.com developed "IoTect," which utilizes BLE devices and the cloud to support field safety management with data. By aggregating data related to workers and the field environment onto the cloud, it comprehensively supports early detection of heatstroke risk and confirmation of worker location areas.
Main Features of "IoTect"
1) Supports Early Detection of Heatstroke Risk
Data acquired from wearable devices is aggregated onto the cloud, making it easier to understand the worker's condition. Managers can take early action, such as speaking to workers at risk of heatstroke or instructing them to take breaks, while monitoring the site situation.
2) Centralized Management of Multiple Field Data
Data acquired from multiple devices used in the field, such as beacon tags, wearable devices, and beacon temperature and humidity sensors, is collected by a mobile application and aggregated onto the cloud, allowing for centralized management of data for each site.
3) Alerts for Changes in Physical Condition
If there are concerns about a worker's change in physical condition during work, abnormal values are detected from data such as body temperature and heart rate acquired by wearable devices, and an alert is notified to the manager.
Managers can receive notifications via email about the status of workers in remote locations.
4) Grasp Worker Location Areas Even Indoors
Even in indoor environments where GPS signals are weak, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) can be utilized to make it easier to grasp which area a worker is in. This can be used for location confirmation and safety checks at sites that mix indoor and outdoor environments, such as factories, warehouses, construction sites, and plants.
Individual Detail Screen Alert Screen
Solves the Following Issues
- Want to strengthen the site management system in preparation for the mandatory implementation of heatstroke countermeasures. - Want to grasp worker status and location to enable early response in case of abnormalities. - Want to grasp worker areas in locations where GPS is weak, such as indoors or underground. - Want to manage data acquired from multiple devices collectively. - Want to check safety status for each site on the cloud. - Want to review safety checks that rely on managers' visual inspection and phone calls.
Future Prospects
Through "IoTect," Navi-P.com aims to contribute to the safety management of people working in the field and the improvement of operational efficiency.
In the future, Navi-P.com will further support site situation awareness and operational management by expanding compatible devices, enhancing reporting functions, and integrating with the location information service "Report@."
About Navi-P.com Co., Ltd.
Navi-P.com Co., Ltd. is a spin-out venture company from Pioneer Corporation, providing enterprise solutions centered on map information & location information related systems, and various ASP services for corporations. It spun off the map content business that was conducted at Pioneer Corporation and became independent through an MBO (Management Buyout) in September 2002 (the first such case). Currently, it provides "Location Information ASP Service DP Report@" and "Alcohol Check Management Service Alrepo" as cloud services for businesses, and has a track record of implementation and high support and evaluation from many companies for system development and operation of mobile devices.
