Hanwa Homes Enters into 'Schoo Mesh Partnership' with Schoo Inc.

Hanwa Homes Co., Ltd. has signed a 'Schoo Mesh Partnership Agreement' with Schoo Inc., a company driving social change through internet-based learning. Under this partnership, the two companies will collaborate to develop and provide human resource training services utilizing the business conference center at the Osaka Prefectural Rinku Park (Central District), a Park-PFI project. By combining Hanwa Homes' expertise in 'spatial creation' with Schoo's 'education and talent development' capabilities, they aim to build a sustainable talent development infrastructure in the Sennan region in cooperation with local governments, businesses, and educational institutions. In December 2024, Hanwa Homes was selected as the project operator for Rinku Park, where they are developing a complex facility integrating sports, food, art, and business. Schoo has been promoting the creation of learning environments tailored to regional issues through 'Schoo Mesh,' and this partnership will build a new talent development ecosystem utilizing public spaces. Moving forward, they plan to refine service details for the Sennan region and contribute to expanding learning opportunities in collaboration with local stakeholders.
