We will open a new type of Type-B workplace support facility in Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture, in November 2025, operating on the dual pillars of 'creating a sense of purpose in life x flexible employment support'. Targeting those who feel overwhelmed even when using disability welfare services, as well as young people in the 'gray zone' who fall between the cracks of the system, we will implement expressive activities such as music—which is rare nationwide—and operate a handyman service addressing the needs of local residents. By building connections with the community, we aim to eliminate the isolation and realize the social participation of demographics that existing systems have been unable to support.
