Hulic Startup Co., Ltd. has invested in J PREP Co., Ltd., an operator of English language schools. J PREP specializes in fostering comprehensive English skills and critical thinking in English. Hulic Group aims to create synergies with its existing children's education business and will support J PREP's growth in collaboration with the Risoh Education Group.

Hulic Startup Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Takashi Uesugi) announces that it has executed an investment in J PREP Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Jun Saito, hereinafter "J PREP") through the fund it operates (Hulic Startup Fund No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership).

<About J PREP> J PREP is an English language school aimed at developing comprehensive English proficiency that can compete at top global universities while students attend Japanese schools. It features hybrid instruction by native English-speaking instructors and native Japanese-speaking instructors. Beyond exam preparation, the school focuses on fostering talent capable of succeeding globally.
