Project Management SaaS "My Redmine" Significantly Increases Limit on Number of Registrable IP Addresses for "IP Address Filter"

Farend Technology Inc. (Location: Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture; Representative Director: Takeshi Maeda) has significantly increased the maximum number of IP addresses that can be registered for the "IP Address Filter" function, which restricts access to the service, for its cloud service "My Redmine," a cloud service for the open-source project management software Redmine. The increase took effect on July 2, 2026.

The limit has been expanded from 400 to 2,000 for the Enterprise Plan and Enterprise 1.5TB Plan, and from 100 to 200 for the Standard Plan and Medium Plan.

By increasing the maximum number of IP addresses that can be set, users will no longer need to worry about the remaining registration slots when adding or changing access sources in the future. This allows for registration even when numerous access sources arise, such as during the expansion of business locations or collaboration with partner companies.

There will be no change in the pricing for each plan due to this increase in the upper limit. The "IP Address Filter" can continue to be used at no additional charge.

* Customers using the conventional service "My Redmine Gen.1" (those whose Redmine URL starts with https://my.redmine.jp/) can also use the IP address filter by migrating to "My Redmine Gen.2."
