Flagship Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koji Jimba; hereinafter referred to as "Flagship") announced today, July 4, 2026, the company's 14th anniversary, the renewal of its VI (Visual Identity) and the grand opening of its renewed corporate website.
Flagship has consistently stood at the intersection of technology and business, supporting companies' challenges in the ever-changing digital domain.
Leveraging its expertise in enterprise e-commerce, cultivated as Japan's first Shopify Plus Partner, and its advanced skills in architectural design and software development, Flagship now provides multifaceted support for corporate digital commerce, including marketplace construction and AI Engineering, which redesigns business operations and organizations using AI.
Its journey has also been one of venturing into areas where definitive answers do not yet exist, and through trial and error, shaping knowledge for those who will follow.
We have encapsulated this philosophy in our purpose, "Develop Maps." This means leaving behind experience and knowledge as maps for those venturing into unknown territories. And it means continuing to be a pioneer that carves out new paths.
This VI refresh is an initiative to communicate this purpose more deeply and consistently to society.
The Meaning Behind the New Logo
Flagship Logo Flagship Abbreviated "F" Logo
The new logo was designed to express the meaning of the company name "Flagship" more symbolically and contemporarily.
The logo mark is inspired by a "ship" that pioneers unknown territories, while also incorporating multiple images such as a flag, waves, and wind. By not being confined to a single meaning but remaining open to the viewer's interpretation, it represents Flagship's stance of navigating the ever-changing digital sea.
Additionally, the logotype has undergone unique adjustments to align with this new identity. The mark and the text are designed to convey intelligence, a sincere attitude, and the will to move forward.
To ensure a consistent brand impression across various touchpoints, we have also newly designed an abbreviated logo using the initial "F." This serves as an identity element that maintains visibility and symbolism even in limited display areas or square-like interfaces, inheriting the design of the primary logo while representing the brand in a more concise form.
The brand color adopted is "Flagship Blue," representing intelligence, advancement, and dignity.
Flagship Blue is the primary color for logo displays and the core of our new identity. By using blue prominently against a white, spacious design, we convey Flagship's valued principles through visual expression.
Moving forward, we will deploy this new VI across our corporate website, materials, and various communication tools to unify the Flagship brand experience.
About the Corporate Website Renewal
Corporate Website Image
In conjunction with the VI refresh, we have also completely renewed our corporate website.

The new site aims to more clearly communicate not only Flagship's business activities but also the philosophy and culture we cherish. We have organized the company's profile to allow stakeholders to more intuitively grasp what Flagship believes in and what value it aims to provide to society.
Through this renewal, we will strengthen our external brand communication and further advance our internal culture centered around "Develop Maps."
Comments from Creative Partners Who Explored "Flagship-ness" Together
Art Director (KAAKA Inc. / Ryosuke Kato)
Flagship's forward-moving will and intelligence. A sincere attitude. Sensitivity to capture the present.
We aimed for a VI design that could encompass these elements.
We hope it will be of assistance in continuously pioneering the sea of unknown territories.
Web Designer (Super Crowds Inc. / Kenichi Tanaka)
We challenged ourselves to express the thoughts and expressions embedded in the new logo, and Flagship's forward-looking stance of "creating maps that don't exist yet" through the capabilities of a website.
The fluttering flag is a direct representation of "flag" and is designed to sometimes give the impression of "waves" on the sea surface.
We would be delighted if visitors could feel the "ship" that is Flagship and the wind that pioneers the future from our corporate website.
Future Outlook
The "maps" that Flagship has shaped through trial and error are filled with solid achievements and practical expertise at the forefront of digital commerce.
However, these maps were not drawn by us alone. They have been gradually formed through collaboration, challenges, and learning with our clients, partners, platforms, and the industry. Furthermore, they embody countless challenges that have opened up possibilities and the knowledge left by unknown individuals. Therefore, we wish to pass on this knowledge not as our exclusive asset, but to those who will venture into new domains next.
In today's world where tomorrow's optimal solution is unclear, our knowledge serves as a compass to guide our clients. However, we do not intend to rest on past successes. We aim to transform our accumulated achievements into signposts for the future and seize new, yet-to-exist value together. This is the vision we aspire to.
With our new VI, Flagship will continue to transform the knowledge we have inherited into signposts for the future, and together with those venturing into unknown territories, we will take a step forward to seize "new value that does not yet exist."
