Property Data Bank Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Seisuke Ohtani, Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter, Toda Construction)’s new headquarters building, 'TODA BUILDING'.

Toda Construction constructed the maintenance BIM based on construction BIM, and through collaboration between the two companies, successfully integrated the real estate management cloud with maintenance BIM. This enables the use of BIM in daily facility and equipment management tasks, significantly improving the efficiency of maintenance operations.
