2025 Pets First Monthly Pet Report Summary

Pets First Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Haruhiko Sakamoto), with the philosophy of "Pets always come first," will report on the key indicators of the distribution process for its pet shop "P's-first" in 2025.

2025 Report on Key Figures in the Distribution Process

- Number of pets received from contract breeders and number of pets sold

From January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, the Pets First Group handled 20,102 pets, meaning the number of pets received from contract breeders. The number of contracts at P's-first was 19,586. The number of cancellations was 125. (Graph 1)

- Number of adoptions (pets requiring care)

There were 87 adoptions from P's-first and 37 adoptions from the Pet Care & Adoption Center Nikko, totaling 124 pets. The average number of adoptions per month was 10. (Graph 2)

- Number of pets at the Pet Care & Adoption Center Nikko

As of the end of December 2025, 79 pets were living at the facility. Of these, 74 pets, mainly those that have completed treatment or are in the recovery phase, are seeking adoptive homes. One pet is undergoing treatment, and one pet is planned for lifelong care. The average number of pets at the facility per month was 80. (Graph 3)
