On Marukome's official YouTube channel, nabe recipes consistently rank high in view counts, establishing them as popular menu items. "Plus Koji Hakko Bijin Nabe" is a nabe soup base that combines four types of koji products: Nama Miso Koji Bijin, Koji Amazake, Shio Koji, and Koji Mitsu. This is Marukome's first product to use Koji Mitsu from Uonuma Brewery. Based on a gentle sweetness and deep umami, it features the richness of sesame and the flavor of ginger as accents.
