The 15/e organic Azabu Juban store grand opened on April 21, 2026, and was co-produced by Taka, a music artist from "ONE OK ROCK." At this new store, customers can receive specialized consultation from registered dietitians and nutritionists, who propose total care tailored to each individual's eating habits and lifestyle.

Buta Assos will offer the following two types of olive oil:

- Gurme: Fruity and well-balanced flavor - FREYYA: Characterized by a spicy finish, ideal for meat dishes

First time Buta Assos olive oil is available in a street-level store.
