Wellness Resort Okinawa Yuinchi Hotel Nanjō (Nanjō City: General Manager Atsushi Miyagi) will begin selling original T-shirts featuring the natural hot spring "Enjin no Yu" (hot spring of the ape-man) in collaboration with Okinawa's genius artist "Miracle-kun" starting July 18.

Sharing the vision of Miracle-kun, who aims to "make people smile with art," and Yuinchi Hotel Nanjō's theme of "enriching the minds and bodies of all who visit," this work, inspired by the ape-man "Ardipithecus ramidus" – the origin of the name "Enjin no Yu," which refers to the hot spring that gushes from the stratum formed 5 million years ago when the first ape-man was born – is designed to bring smiles to many.

We have created this item as a souvenir that can be worn and taken home, capturing the fun times and fresh emotions experienced in Okinawa and at Yuinchi.

We would be most grateful for your coverage of this matter, despite your busy schedule, and hereby provide the following details.

About Miracle-kun

An artist at 17 years old. Born as the youngest son and third child of three siblings, he grew up drawing pictures with his older sisters from a young age.

At the age of 9, he began his professional artist activities after his father posted an illustration on social media. His vibrant colors and humorous works have become a topic of conversation for "making people smile just by looking at them," and his unique worldview, born from his free and honest sensibility, has garnered attention. He has collaborated on a wide range of projects, including national tour merchandise for BEGIN, #FR2, ZUCCa, MARK'S, Birthday, and more. He has also designed zodiac bottles for Chuko Distillery's "12-Year Project," created art for the Chura-Shima Culture Festival 2022, the main visual for Parco City's 3rd anniversary, and collaborated with the Ryukyu Golden Kings (B.League) and FC Ryukyu (J.League). A conversation with soccer player Keisuke Honda, realized through a certain project, also became a major topic. Starting with a POPUP exhibition at Shibuya PARCO, he is expanding his activities nationwide, including at Daimaru department stores and BECK'S COFFEE in Takadanobaba.
