La Maison du Chocolat, founded in Paris in 1977, will offer a limited-time afternoon tea, 'Afternoon Tea Vert,' from April 29, 2026 (Wednesday) at its NEWoMan Takanawa store and Seibu Ikebukuro Salon. This selection, unique to a chocolatier, features cacao touches in both sweets and savories. The top tier includes three seasonal sweets: an orange mousse, a dark cacao verrine, and a financier chocolat with raspberry crispy, along with a mini Éclair Praliné Pistache. The second tier savories include a BLT sandwich with dark chocolate and a tuna sandwich with cacao sour cream and cornichons. Additionally, new lunch menus, based on classic French techniques and exploring the possibilities of chocolate, are available. These include mushroom velouté with foie gras and cacao, pork confit stewed with spices and chocolate, scallop vol-au-vent, and roasted veal. Menu availability varies by salon. The limited-time 'Éclair Praliné Pistache' will be sold from April 29 to May 26, 2026, at various boutiques including Marunouchi, Matsuya Ginza, Roppongi Hills, Yokohama Takashimaya, Umeda Hankyu, NEWoMan Takanawa, and Seibu Ikebukuro. Prices are 1,134 JPY (takeout) / 1,155 JPY (eat-in).
