Pascal Rosier: "An essential element for risk management, productivity improvement, and value creation"

In his opening remarks, President Pascal Rosier introduced the company and spoke about "LexisNexis Protégé™ Workflows" as follows:

LexisNexis Pascal Rosier

"While supporting customers globally in more than 150 countries, we started our business in Japan in 1990. We have provided specialized databases, intellectual property solutions, business intelligence, and consulting to law firms, universities, research institutions, and government agencies. Our mission is to 'support those involved in legal compliance so they can access, understand, and utilize reliable information in their practical work.' Currently, the business environment in Japan is becoming increasingly complex, and the role of legal and compliance departments is no longer just about responding to risks. With AI evolving rapidly, we have entered an era where lawyers and corporate legal staff demand not only 'speed' but also reliable information sources, verification of cited information, confidentiality, governance, reproducible processes, and outputs that professionals can verify and explain themselves. We believe the 'LexisNexis Protégé™ Workflows' launched today is a solution for realizing repeatable and structured legal operations and represents a very significant turning point. It is a crucial step to make legal AI more practical, highly reliable, and better suited to the actual working styles of legal professionals, and I am confident it will become an essential element for organizations to manage risks, increase productivity, and create value."
