(Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'Watami') is launching the 'Early Summer Gourmet Festival' at its 'Sandaime Torimero' izakaya locations nationwide (excluding some stores) starting Wednesday, May 27, 2026. For this fair, we have prepared a lineup overflowing with seasonal flair, allowing many customers to enjoy the charm of carefully selected ingredients from various regions. We offer three dishes featuring domestic fresh octopus, prepared in different ways to fully enjoy its natural flavor and texture. Furthermore, we have curated a selection of Torimero's signature skewers and deep-fried skewers using early summer ingredients such as crisp lettuce and seasonal zucchini. In addition, we have prepared a revival menu, 'Yo-Oh,' which reimagines a nostalgic popular dish for the modern era, along with other items focused on the early summer season.
