Human Capital: How to Communicate It.

The Japan Risk Communication Association (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Haruko Osugi; hereafter RCIJ) will hold an online event titled 'Human Capital: How to Communicate It' on June 30 (Tue). Starting with the securities reports for the fiscal year ending March 2026, 'explanations of human resource strategies linked to corporate strategy' have become mandatory. As concerns grow among IR, HR, and management regarding 'what and how to write,' we have invited Yuko Ichikawa, a leading practitioner in this field, as a guest to discuss communication challenges surrounding human capital disclosure.
