The Generative AI Utilization Promotion Association (GUGA; Chairman: Satoshi Ihabata; Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo), which aims to rebuild industries through the social implementation of Generative AI, has announced that 15 organizations and government agencies have decided to support the 'GenAI HR Awards 2026,' an award recognizing outstanding human capital strategies that foster collaboration between humans and Generative AI.

About GenAI HR Awards 2026

The GenAI HR Awards 2026 recognizes exceptional human capital strategies aimed at realizing a society where humans and Generative AI work together. Targeting the corporate, educational, and public sectors, the awards seek a wide range of initiatives related to human capital, such as talent development, personnel evaluation design, and organizational transformation. Through these awards, GUGA aims to share knowledge throughout Japanese society and promote the social implementation of Generative AI by deriving concrete hints for solving issues.
