The Japan Toilet Association (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kohei Yamamoto / President, Dynax Urban Environment Research Institute, Inc.) is now accepting entries for the '18th JTA Toilet Award.' Originally launched in 2009 as the 'Good Toilet Selection Award,' the program has revised its evaluation criteria and changed its name to the 'JTA Toilet Award' starting in 2023. The award aims to recognize individuals and organizations that have made notable contributions or proposals toward creating a society where everyone can use clean, comfortable toilets anytime, anywhere, and sustainably. We encourage submissions that serve as exemplary models for improving toilet environments.
Additionally, we are separately calling for activity presentations to be featured in the program of the 'National Toilet Symposium' held on November 10. *Duplicate submissions with identical content for both the JTA Toilet Award and the Activity Presentation are not permitted.
