BowL and LX DESIGN Form Strategic Partnership to Provide Mental Health and Well-being Support to Schools and Municipalities

General Incorporated Association BowL, specializing in comprehensive mental health support, and LX DESIGN, Inc., operator of the "Fukugyo Sensei®" platform that connects schools with external experts, have signed a business partnership to provide mental health and well-being support for teachers in schools and municipalities.

BowL operates return-to-work services, where one in four users is a teacher. The number of teacher leave of absences due to mental illness remains high at 7,087 nationwide (FY2024), making the development of support systems urgent. Through this partnership, the expertise in mental health and return-to-work support from BowL is combined with the reach into school environments gained by LX DESIGN through "Fukugyo Sensei®" to develop effective national support systems, including managerial training and stress checks.
