General Incorporated Association Generative AI Japan (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hirotaka Miyata; hereinafter 'GenAI') announces the launch of the 'Generative AI Awards 2026' in collaboration with Nikkei Business, an economic media outlet operated by Nikkei BP Co., Ltd. This marks the third edition of the award, and entry is now open to organizations in Japan—including corporations, local governments, and educational institutions. After preliminary and secondary evaluations, the final judging and award ceremony will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2026.
