Since its debut in 2022, the event has been held annually under the theme of 'creating a local legacy of the World Expo,' delivering unforgettable experiences to over 100,000 visitors to date. This year’s slogan is 'Beyond the Past: A New Era of Entertainment.' The viewing area has been relocated to the East Plaza, allowing for expansive fireworks displays and three-dimensional drone art that fully utilize the space. The fusion of music-synchronized fireworks and radiant light and sound will illuminate the late autumn night sky, offering an unprecedented level of immersion and excitement.

● Daytime Festival: 'Hokusei Cultural Festival × Ramen EXPO'
The 'Hokusei Cultural Festival,' a collaborative event by seven cities and three towns in the Hokusei area, will be held this year at the Festival Plaza in conjunction with the popular food event 'Ramen EXPO.' Opening at 11:00 AM, visitors can enjoy diverse cultural stages, booths, and ramen from across Japan throughout the day.
