Alchip Technologies' Board of Directors resolved to set the pricing for its 1st private placement of common shares. The strategic investor, Amazon.com, Inc., will subscribe to 557,325 shares. The actual private placement price is set at NT$4,239 per share, which is 85% of the reference price of NT$4,987. The funds raised will be used to enrich the long-term operational working capital. The private placement common shares will be subject to a three-year transfer restriction from the date of delivery.
