Cause of Incident (Event Description): Around 10:30 a.m. today (July 8), a road collapse was detected on the outer southern side of the construction zone (Dunhua North Road) at the 'Formosa Plaza Building Urban Renewal Project' contracted by our company. There were no casualties at the scene. 4. Response Process: Upon discovery by on-site personnel during inspection, all related construction activities were immediately halted. Police, fire departments, and relevant utility companies were notified and dispatched to the site. Traffic control and safety warnings were simultaneously implemented. 5. Penalties Imposed: According to Taipei City Department of Urban Development Notice No. 11561428933, the road collapse violated Articles 58 and 63 of the Building Act, and under Article 89, a fine of NT$90,000 was imposed and work was ordered to cease. 6.
