Marubeni Information Systems Co., Ltd. (President: Osamu Nishikawa) to launch the remote maintenance solutions "KES P2P Link" and "KES Remote Service."

Due to the aging population, technician shortages, and the progress of work-style reform, there is an increasing demand for remote maintenance to perform troubleshooting and setting changes without visiting factory, plant, and building equipment sites. However, issues such as security risks and the complexity of network configurations have made implementing remote maintenance a task requiring specialized knowledge and significant man-hours.

"KES P2P Link" and "KES Remote Service" are solutions that realize a safe, easy-to-connect, and manageable remote maintenance environment through a combination of compact devices and cloud services.

"KES P2P Link" is a remote connection gateway service that safely connects two physically separate site networks using LTE lines, creating an identical network communication environment. Since it does not require connection settings, users can freely build a network simply by connecting a LAN cable.
