We have gently wrapped lemon-infused bean paste, made by mixing smooth white bean paste with plenty of lemon puree, in apricot bean paste that balances gentle sweetness with a subtle tang. It is finished with a glossy coat of agar and decorated with a charming piece of dried apricot. The sweet and fruity flavor spreads gently, making it perfect to pair not only with tea but also with black tea.
