Kyoto Prefecture will hold a consultation meeting in Kyoto City for those who own vacant houses in Fukuchiyama City, Maizuru City, and Ayabe City to help them think about future utilization, aimed at promoting regional resource use and migration.

2. Location Kyoto Economic Center 3rd Floor, Meeting Room 3-B (78 Kankoboko-cho, Shijo-dori Muromachi Higashi-iru, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City)
3. Content Judicial scriveners and real estate transaction agents will answer various consultations regarding the inheritance and utilization (leasing/selling) of vacant houses. Target: Owners of vacant houses in the Chantan region (Fukuchiyama, Maizuru, Ayabe cities). Capacity: 5 groups. Up to 60 minutes per group. *The 'Tsunagaru Kyoto Migration and Exchange Fair 2026' (hosted by Kyoto Prefecture and the Kyoto Migration Center) will be held simultaneously on the 2nd floor of the same center.
