To realize the best environment for child-rearing in Japan, Kyoto Prefecture has begun accepting applications for a subsidy (up to 3 million yen) to support the creation of family-friendly workplace environments for companies within the prefecture.

### Overview To establish a foundation for providing diverse "child-friendly workplace" services to local companies, Kyoto Prefecture is subsidizing a portion of expenses for SMEs and startups newly implementing such services.

### Project Examples - Programs for employees returning to work after childcare leave - Training sessions to support career development while raising children - Installation of coworking spaces or satellite offices allowing children - Childcare consultation and postpartum care services by midwives or nurses - Proposal and provision of telework systems

### Application Period May 15, Reiwa 8 (2026) – July 17, Reiwa 8 (2026) (Must arrive by deadline)
