We are pleased to inform you that the "24th Formula SAE Japan 2026" will be held for six days starting August 2nd at Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Hall).

※ The Press Center will be available from the afternoon of August 2nd.

Please note that on August 2nd, due to concurrent venue setup, some areas may not be accessible.

【Dates】 August 2 (Sun) – 7 (Fri), 2026

【Venue】 Aichi Sky Expo, Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture

【Judging & Events】 Static judging: Design (engineering and manufacturing), Manufacturing Cost Analysis, and Business Presentation (commercialization proposal). Dynamic judging: Vehicle Inspection (safety), Acceleration, Skid Pad, Autocross, and Endurance Race.

【Registered Teams (Total: 98 teams)】

・ICV (Internal Combustion Vehicle) Class: 68 teams (57 domestic, 11 international)

・EV (Electric Vehicle) Class: 30 teams (20 domestic, 10 international)

※ International teams from 5 countries/1 region: Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand

The Press Center will provide press kits (digital format), media consultation, and regular press briefings to update on competition progress.
